Joe is a certified SSI Mermaid Instructor and fitness coach who loves helping people feel more confident and comfortable in the water. Whether you're trying a mermaid tail for the very first time or looking to sharpen your skills, she makes the learning process fun, relaxed and easy to follow.

With a background in fitness coaching, she also focuses on body awareness, movement and building confidence step by step. For Joe, good coaching isn't about rushing to get everything right. It's about creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to learn, try, and enjoy the process.

Caroline teaches mermaid to kids and adults. First-timers, and the grown-ups who've wanted a tail since they were little.
