No experience needed. Most of our students are complete beginners.

No certification needed. If you've trained with us, keep coming back — build confidence before open water, prep for a trip, or just get more time in the water, all at your own pace.
Not everything we do happens underwater. The Run Club is free, open to everyone and needs no registration — run, walk or just come hang out. See when the next one is and turn up.
